As part of the uniform, each student will receive a “tour shirt”.  Please complete the bottom portion of this form to ensure the proper size is issued.

In addition, each student will be issued an equipment bag. This bag will be used to store their marching shoes and shako.  Students will be responsible for carrying this bag with them to all activities requiring their uniform.  Please indicate below what name you would like printed on your bag.
