Senior 2nd Semester Project

Purpose:  The purpose of this assignment is to provide an overview of your musical career at Great Oak High School, and organize your thoughts for the "Senior Video."  The Senior Video will include some of your responses, including photos and videos of those moments, and people.

Resources:  Each of the following are worth 4 pt.'s each (5 point scale:  0-4)

Photos - Bring in a minimum of Six (6) Photos of you growing up prior to and through grade school.  Bring your photos in an enveloped with your name and phone number clearly marked on the outside of the envelope (photos will be available for pick-up on the evening of the awards night (note:  digital photos can be e-mailed in JPEG form to Mr. Burdick-Rutz.  Photos are due:  Friday, April 27th, 2007.

Survey - Complete the Survey below.  Survey is due:  Friday, April 27th, 2007.

Video Appointment - Make a Video Appointment to interview with Mr. Burdick-Rutz, and our designated Video Editor (Class of 2007:  Ryan Brookhart).  Video Interviews are due (completed by):  Friday, May 4th, 2007.
