Mission Statement
This is a once in a lifetime honor and invitation from the HM Queen of England and the Lord Mayor of London for our students to represent California and the United States of America in one of the largest and most viewed parades in the world. This honor will broaden our student’s view of the world, teach history and geography “hands on”, provide a premier performance opportunity and connect our talented students from Temecula to the worldwide community.
We want all students participating in Great Oak High School music program to have the opportunity to attend the London trip despite family income level. The estimated trip cost per student is $3,200. To help facilitate each family we hope to collectively fundraise 15% or more of the cost of the trip for each student and chaperones. Opportunities will be available to students to do additional fundraising to help reach the remaining 85%. With our collective fundraising efforts we hope the cost for each student will come down below $2,750. We will send email updates as we achieve fundraising goals.
